Hi,

a week ago the checkout page start to be very slowly. the website working a year and it was fine always.
i didn't change nothing and one day (week ago) the checkout process start to be very slowly. i checked first with the hosting company and they did few tests and everything fine.
i checked from few computers and few networks and still same problem.

I'm runing joomla: 2.5.7
VM2: 2.0.10

my website is:
www.belvahcollection.com

i have OSE security suite.

SOLVED: after upgrading Joomla.

Yes it is slow at the end, like the server has run out of horsepower, looks a bit like an issue with your shipping plugin, but I'd suspect it is server related as it is then very slow to switch to https.  Looks like you are on GoDaddy which is not reknown for server speed. But I'd first try without OSE security suite in case that is causing the problem.

Your Joomla & VM versions are seriously old so even with OSE you should probably be looking at upgrading, although you will almost certianly need to rewrite your template overrides.  See http://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?topic=118683.0

GoDaddy is not my hosting.
i tried to take off the https:// and it's not working.
and idk about the OSE security suite Because it was fine for few months and it's start one day.
any more suggestion? i'm still looking for someone who will upgrade the system and fix the layout and the templates too.

You have at least two javascript errors when your cart view is loading. Looks to me like a problem with a form validation javascript. See screenshots attached:
Concerning GoDaddy - Unfortunately I couldn't reproduce it again, but when I canceled checkout, I'm 100% shure my browser displayed an url with '...godaddy...' inside the url for a very short moment, although whois says your site is hosted by Inmotion Hosting.
