Upgrade - AIO Component

I need to use the extensions directory to upgrade VM from 2.0.18a to 2.0.26 because the auto update won't work. What I don't know is whether or not the AIO component is included as part of the upgrade or if I have to do that separately and if separately where do I find the necessary upgrade files.

Download the file package from http://dev.virtuemart.net/projects/virtuemart/files -   the latest version is com_virtuemart.2.0.26a_extract_first.zip

Unpack that on your PC to give the following files:
com_virtuemart.2.0.26a.zip
com_virtuemart.2.0.26a_ext_aio.zip
README-VIRTUEMART.txt

Use Joomla's extensions manager to install com_virtuemart.2.0.26a.zip and when that is done install com_virtuemart.2.0.26a_ext_aio.zip

Then got to VM admin and carry on running the store.
