Backup and migrate only VM user with their password

Hi,
I develop my site on a server in office and after few days I copy the update site on internet.
The problem is that can be new register users that brought someting.
When update web site on internet I lost these users.
There is a way to export from web site online only users information and a customer password to overwrite my develop site and then put on-line a updated site?
I'm not intrested to copy products or other information becouse these information are modified.

Also information users that is inserted in VM registration Form: Street, City, Delivery Address and so on...

If I were doing it I would do it at database level - coping the tables from one DB to the other
you need to be careful and metnodical when doing it - backup everything and do it in sections

the Joomla user related tables then the VM user and order related tables - there's quite a few
