HELP! Shipping rule not displaying from USA server?

Hello Guys

I have a bit of a weird issue and not to sure which category it should go in, so mods please move the post if in wrong category.

Now down to my issue, I am pretty sure its a setting somewhere but i havent a clue where to look....

My client logged into the front-end shop via his server based in USA and tried to make a purchase. When he got to the checkout page the shipping rule does not show in the cart. He then tried the same procedure but via a local (South Africa) server and the shipping rule shows in the cart.

Anyone have this issue before?

but you don't even mention your versions, what shipping plugins your using, urls to the site etc etc

If you ask for help at a minimum supply information please...

GJC Web Design you are so right! I usually add it but must of slipped my mind ... my bad.

Im running J2.5 and Virtuemart 2.0.24c

The url is hidden as the shop is not ready to go live but i can try supply what ever code is needed etc.

I have attached two images:
Image 4 and 6 are of the same product to the same destination from different zones.  Image 4 is from the USA, and Image 6 is from SA

you still haven't said what shippng plugin your using - there are dozens available..
have you turned on VM debug to see whatt it says?

but why are the 2 screenshots different templates?
are you sure your both on the same site?

without live urls this is just poking in the dark

but for the ship method not to show one of those 4 factors above has to be false
