change the shipping method after setting it

Hi!
I was checking the cart page on my site and i was wondering if there is a way a customer can change the shipping option again when it already has chosen one? on my site when you set it once, it does not show an option anymore to change it to an other option. is that possible?

i have joomla 2.5.16
virtuemart 2.0.24

hi Maxim,
i have 3 options, one for shipping in netherlands and one for shipping to other countries, and i have one for collecting the order at the shop itself.
but i would like it if one would check the option to come and collect it, so that he can maybe change it back to sending by post if he changed his mind.

By changes you mean changing country or what?

one option is collecting your order at the shop which means there are no deliverycost, other option is sending the order by mail with a standard deliverycost.
but once you set your choice, there is no posibility to change it back to the other option... so you can only set it once...

i hope you understand my problem :-)

if I make a Belg or NL address I still only get offered Ophalen in de winkel

What sort of shipping methods are BE & NL ?

Hi, i saw that earlier too... I thought that was cause i was still logged in. Tried again and then i got to choose between delivery options again... I wonder now if you also do not get any options  what will the customers see...  :-\

This is what i have:
Option one - collect at the shop
Option two - shipping by post (available for adresses in nl)
Option three -shipping by post (available for belgium and germany)

Do i have to take the country settings out of there maybe? But. Then how do i set different deliverycosts for different countries then?

are you using the std. VM weight_countries shipping plugin?

If so remove all shopper groups etc in the config

Then all you need is the country and price

for the Ophalen in de winkel have all 3 countries or leave country blank

then before they enter a country Ophalen in de winkel will be available (if blank)

once they have entered a country (egal if they register, guest or just a shipping address) they will be offered also the country ship method that applies to their country

If they want another country they will have to change TO that country in their address

i do not mean that someone will change their country, i mean that someone can change his mind for not going to the shop and collecting the order but decide to let the order be delivered by mail. or viceverca ;-)

i am sorry if i am not making my problem clear  :-[

i also do not like it if a costumer checks the cart, and has not yet put his adress in, he sees only one option and that is that he has to come and collect the order at the store. after giving his address he sees there is also the option for sending by mail. i would like to have all the options open when you first view the cart... is that possible?

just remove all country restrictions in the shipping methods - they will always show
