[BUG] shipmentmethods

If the name of shipment method is the same for more then 4 methods there is a bug. It cannt save 5th method with the same name.
The problem is in database slug column. I think it cannt create slug because the field is empty now. It create slug automaticly and if the slug exist it add sufix (date) I think if it add numbers it will be ok.
Test and try to add 5 shipment methods with one name.
