Does anyone who has ever used this great Virtuemart extension, plgvm_istraxx_download_vm2.0.22_1.1.zip (Shipment for Virtual Products) to sell digital products on your site? http://extensions.virtuemart.net/shipment-for-virtual-products-detail

I think this great extension is the perfect solution to integrate it with Virtuemart to sell digital products on the internet. However, I have one question as to this great extension that is whether the secured file download link works while you store your digital files to sell outside www folder as some document suggests users of the great extension who use this great extension to store their digital files to sell outside www folder for security reasons and if you host your site at your localhost such as http://123.123.123.123:8080 and the secured file download link still works for file download after the buyer pays through PayPal while you store your digital files outside www folder?

For Virtuemart, though it suggests users to create a vmfiles folder to store invoices outside www folder for security reasons , but I don't do so since even if I don't do so I can still view invoices well from the Virtuemart backend so it becomes not a problem to me whether I create a vmfiles folder outside www folder or not. However, now it is talking about file download after the buyer pays through PayPal so I have to make everything clear before I buy this great extension to sell digital products online.

Please help if you could give me a definite answer about this. Thank you so much for your help in advance.
