Hide shipment methods for specific product categories

Hello to all,

I have built a bicycle e-shop which sells bikes, accessories and clothing. What I want is, for bicycles only, to hide the shipment methods on checkout, so bicycles can only be received from the store. Has anyone any idea or a plugin in mind;
