configuration and consulting

My current shop is running under oscommerce. I like to change to virtuemart, with the same content and modules. I need someone who can do all the configuration (currency, language, paypal, shipping) and give me advice and recommendations for additional modules and configurations.

The test environment is still running, virtuemart is already install with the newest version.
