Migraate old VM into new VM?

We are currently running joomla 1.5 with old vm

Now we are installaing new theme and want to mirate our old VM to new one? We had setup all the site (on new server , old is also runnigy )and want to know is there any way I can import all the things from my old site to new  if so give me link to tutorial
