View only one Category, Shop other Category?

I have just installed VM 2.0.24c on Joomla 2.5 and am wondering if you can set one Category for View/Pricing only and the other Categories for shop mode?

We have special orders that require personal contact before placing orders but the others are normal sale items.

Yes, just use template overrides where you want to leave out the add to cart area.
