Trying to add images but only one is displaying

I am using virtuemart 2.0.22a version in joomla 2.5.11 and php 5.3.

In Virtuemart products I am adding images under my product & categories but only one image is showing and rest are coming with red cross .

please guide me how to resolve this issue

As Maxim said, updating to the latest versions (Joomla 2.5.14 and VirtueMart 2.0.22b) is recommeded, primarily because these include the latest security fixes.
Can you supply a screenshot of where you see the red crosses? There are several ways to add images to VirtueMart and from your description we don't know which one you are trying to use.
