Amazon Checkout Integration

Hi, I'm in the process of attempting to integrate Amazon Checkout into my Virtuemart / Joomla shop and would like to know how I can complete an active cart when a user clicks the Amazon Checkout Button.
I've constructed the form which is required for Amazon Checkout just need to complete the order and then update the status once Amazon confirm the order.
Is there any API command to do this.
