Language File Parsing Error

Hi I am new to Virtuemart and am unable to install VM 2.0.22 on my joomla site.

My joomla version is 2.5.11
PHP: 5.2.17

I tried to upload the VM component with error mode on and go the stack as shown in attached image.

Please help.
