Payment fee

I am not a developer !!
Can someone tell me what the "Payment fee" is in the VM ordering system.It shows up as fee on the invoice on the my Paypal
line. It is 5% of the total product cost ( before shipping costs are added). When I go into orders and click a particular order and see all the details, it shows as Payment Fee.
How do I get rid of it. It is not something I want customers being charged for.

Go to admin>shop>payment methods

Choose the paypal method

Go to the configuration tab


Look for Fee per transaction / Percent of the total product amount / Tax

Then remove whatever setting has been configured to give the 5%
