Migration issue of Joomla. Clarification please

1. DO I install and do all the migration of Virtuemart in the joomla 1.5.26 first?

2. Then I upgrade my joomla ?

ye.

I sorted out this myself.  You need to install VM 2.x on the same joomla 1.5  first, after renaming etc.   Then the migrate works.

In case you receive an error like Page not found :
Server error
The website encountered an error while retrieving http://localhost/horsecare/administrator/index.php?option=com_virtuemart. It may be down for maintenance or configured incorrectly.


then try to migrate parts, start with Categories etc. the products. I received that error in USERs.
