Additional shipment info for $cart

Hi,

How can I add additional shipment info for $cart?
During the buying process, when I select the shipment method I was ask additional shipment info (simple input text).
How can I get this datas for store?

plgVmOnSelectCheckShipment  fired after shipment (followed by checkout) only.
