Australian Payment Gateway Option Seems Unavailable

I am trying to configure Virtuemart is a Joomla website, however it seems that Australian payment gateways ie (eWay) are not available in the Virtuemart 'Shop' >> 'Payment Methods' - <Payment Method> selection list.  Would appreciate advice as to how I may be able to resolve this issue.  Is there a 'country' setting that I may be missing somewhere ? .. or some other elusive setting?

You have to install the plugin.
