Need Credit Card Numbers from Offline Payment Module

Hi,
For a brief point in time, the PHP mail function was broken on my server and I was not emailed orders. This means that I did not receive any of the last four digits of credit card orders that were placed on the site.

How can I recover the last four digits of the credit cards? Can I resend the order notice to myself or are they store in the database somewhere?

As I answered you in our ticket system: it is a requirement for PCI compliance, that the full number is not stored in the DB.
and the latest numbers are not stored.
