Translate custom fields VALUES

There should be an easy way to translate Product Custom Fields VALUES... like products titles/descriptions etc...

As you can understand, putting values into language overrides is not an option for a customer... especially if the fields are more of specifications.... every product has different values....

It would be "OK" for a few cart standard fields like colors, sizes... but for specifications is simply impossible for a customer to do this... tooooo much work/time to insert one product...

Is there any schedule on this?

I'm searching for a solution for this problem too. If it is not possible to solve this, i have to create for every language a seperate installation of joomla+vm2, what is not easy to handle when you have a lot of products
