Add User Input Fields in VirtueMart

Hi Experts

I am developing website for a Fashion Store. All checkout process is being carried out smoothly. But there is demand from customer that i should add some about 20 different input fields in virtue mart related to the size of the customers' dress so that he may submit his size along with Checkout. Moreover a flash animation (i have that file) will be displayed beside those fields for the convenience of the customer. This animation contains image showing a man/woman and it is labeled, whenever anyone an area. He/She is shown what is name of this area so that he/ she may fill measurements correctly. These fields will be received by the shop owner and customer because both of them will receive email on checkout.
