customfield translation not working properly (rev 5898)

Using a language string for the field title works fine in details page. But in the cart module and in the cart language string is used instead of defined text.

Tested with boolean and integer.

Still not solved completely in rev 5953. It works fine now in cart module, cart and confirmation email. But it is not working when changin order status from pending to confirmed: In the email for customers and store admin always language strings appear instead of text.
