in emails receiving from line says like ADMINISTRATOR OF SHOP/SITEName

Hi,

Can any tell me how to remove "Administrator Of" from FROM line of the emails being sent upon order? currently it prepands "ADMINISTRATOR OF" to shop/site name in FROM line.
