Shipping Price per Item

Running Joomla 2.5.8 and VM2.0.18.
I am sure that the solution is very easy but I can't seem to figure it out. I am trying to set up the price for shipping so it is a shipping cost per item. Shipping for 1 item is $4.00, for two would be $8.00 etc. I  only have one product.

What would be the easiest way to set this up?
