Desperately Need Help

I cannot seems to get any orders to process I have bought a template joomla 2.5.9 and Virtuemart 2.0.18a and I can't seem to get it working,

I CAN PAY SOMEONE A BIT TO HELP ME , I need this to all work!!  I'm sure it's all simple I just can't figure out how to setup vendors, which I don't need or get my shipping to work.

PLEASE ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED
