Multiple customers different price discounts (JM 2.5.8, VM 2.0.16, PHP 5.3.22)

I have a complicated question about product pricing that my client wants to implement into his virtuemart 2.x shop (Joomla! 2.5.8, VM 2.0.16, PHP 5.3.22) ...

Here is an example scheme:

A customer wants to see the price for the following product:

Customer_x -> Fiat -> Punto

The specific customer has a specific discount for Fiat (manufacturer) 10%
Note : Another customer may have 5% in the same product
Note 2: A customer will have different discount for each manufacturer

So, I want the customer to see specific sale price on site that follows the typo :

Customer_x -> Fiat (basic price -10%) -> Punto

The customer number is huge such as the product number. I have an xls file with all the data I need and I know how to  add them in my database.

The question is if I can implement  the above scheme and what options must I edit in order to do that.
