System message on cart initial load

Hello,

I have virtuemart 2.0.18a
I have installed a plugin for modal system messages. In my Cart view, this modal popup is already showing on initial loading. But the system messages should be empty at this point. The user did not even have to time to fill out any values.

I have a one page checkout modul, but I also tried with standard template and there is the same problem.
