Sef and categories problem

Good day,

When when SEF is at off ... all categories and products show up correctly... but when i turn sef ON some categories dont show all the products in the categories ... any clue where to look to correct this ?

No because i use a template called MegaMart with Hybrid Mega Menu in it ... i just did a test buy creating 2 menu options with categories and bingo works great !!! So it is template related ... i just contact the Virtueplanet team to get answers

create a "hidden menu"   and then create the links.

Then does the regular menu work?
