Quantity controls and Custom field

Quantity controls dissapears when adding Custom field. VM - 2.6.18
Without Custom field

they are there and work .. try putting your cursor over them

but they have no value - with custom

I am sorry, I think no one understands what you mean. The customfield Quantita seems to miss values, no idea what is this for a customfield.
