Add/Adjust Shipping on Pending Order?

Is it possible to adjust/add shipping costs to a pending order from the backend? 

I have a situation where due to shippers used to deliver products, we don't know exactly what the shipping costs will be when the order is placed by the shopper, but we need to manually add shipping costs to the pending order and then resend an updated invoice to the shopper.

THANK YOU! This looks like exactly what I need and it will remedy two issues which I was having.

I have one other question:

Within this component, is there a way to reconcile a payment for an invoice that is made outside of Joomla and Virtuemart, i.e, cash or money order that is mailed in or paid in person, or credit card through a separate processor?

If the component can handle this request, I will definitely be purchasing!
