PayPal Not working I tried everything

I have Virtuemart 2.0 and I am having such a big problem getting paypal to work its not funny.  I tried just about every option posted on threads and I still get the same error from paypal.

If you would like to visit my site I can get you access because it is offline right now because paypal doesn't work.  I am using joomla FYI as well.

My virtuemart is set up correctly just like the threads say to do.  I will pay anyone to fix this issue that is how sick i am of trying to fix this issue.
