Custom Size Extension - please shed a little light on the matter

Hi `I have pull almoost all of my hair out while trying to get this plugin working.  I have raised a ticket but tbh im not sure if they know what they are on about either as their replies are very confusing.  seeing as there is no manual or documentation explaining whet the field are i have resulted into hoping someone on here will be able to give me a straight answer or amazingly some screen shots on the set up. 

i am trying to set up to sell a product by the sqr mtr (1000mm x 1000mm being say £25) the minimun width is 500mm and the maximum is 1500mm, the length is min 500mm and maximun length is 30000mm.  for example on the front end i key in width 1000 by the width of 2000, this should be £50, but i get no price displayed and when i add to cart i get some rediculos price of £24,999,000 pounds,, Somthing ios wrong and i get little and contradicting replys from straxx

please if someone can help i will try to grow my hair back.

as you can see in the front end product no price is displayed and in the shopping cart a masive total but still no total price.
