Full Category List in Module ( NOT TOP LEVEL )

Hey guys how do i get a full category list in my modules instead of just the top level categories. I want top level and also the sub levels or sub categories to show?
Is there an extension i need to purchase or does my template with virtuemart2 comes with it !
