Shipping amount not showing on checkout

OK, having massive problems with shipping rates.  I have set up a Royal Mail rate to anywhere in the UK as 3.50 per 0.5 kg with free postage over £65. It will not show on the checkout, it just gives a blank line where the postage price is but it does add the shipping to he total . (see screenshot attached)

Any help would be appreciated

Your VM and joomla version? Is royal mail shipment a third party plugin? Did you configure properly the country/state options?
