Synchronization of user informations - Mandatory fields

Hi,
I plan to implement a sync function for all informations in VM with our accounting and ERP software (based on My SQL), so I could use features of VM and other Joomla modules too. So I decided to implement a sync script for all user datas between ERP software and virtuemart in both ways.
Now my question is :
I f I have certain user in our ERP, which I want to fully sync to VM, what DB tables and Column names should I use with each VM user to create fully functional users?...After sync the user should be fully working (only the password should be set before using) The main fields to runn the sync process should be "email" I guess. Or maybe : is there any existing solution with "module" available?
I will be very happy for any kind of relevant information and help.
