How to select default Shipping & Payment method

I have added just one Payment option i.e. Paypal. and Shipping as Free shipping.

But when I go to check out, it asks for Payment Option and Shipping Option.

How do i make those two options as default.

I do not need Shipping as services are being sold and no product is there.
