jquery conflict on dropdown State/Province

Hi everyone,

I'm using vm 2.0.14 and art total menu. When art total menu enable jquery, the dropdown State/Province in VM doesn't work. And because Art total menu uses jquery for submenu, i must enable it. Can anyone help me?
System: PHP 5.4, Joomla 2.5.8, MySQL 5.
