[Bug] Related products on parent products.

Hi, i have the below problem.

if have set a product to be a parent and under that i have 3 child products the related categories doesn't work right. I m checking the related products normally, i m searching them and i m choosing them. When i m saving the product then all the related that i ve selected lost and into their positions get 6 blank boxes those are show nothing to the product.

When the product it hasn t child products it works fine.

can you please help me with that.

You set the related products in the parent and it does not work?. The related products or categories?

Hi, yes i see that my message it s a little bit confused, sorry.

after check that i ve done i saw that the problem was into the base. I dont know why but after update 2.022b & c  i m having problem with related products no categories.

I made a repair table into my hole base and they work again. But after some days i had the same problems. After repair again all fixed.

What is you hosting service?

i have checked the hosting and is not a problem from there.
Also the hosting space that i have is 2GB and i m using the 1.3GB.

In the same hosting i have and other eshop and i don t have any problem.

I must be blind, but I could see word 'repair' on your screen. Could you repair tables in your database in your hosting cpanel?

i don t have cpanel but i can make repair tables from phpmyadmin.
the problem appears only when i m working to related products. when i add new products.

mysql, php version? This sounds like an internal error reported by your mysql.
