Free shipping over payment

Hello there, I am struggling for days with this issue
in my web shop I have multiple payment and shipping options

The goal I want to achieve is that a customer chooses a specific payment option there are no shipping costs
How can I connect payment and shipping options??

Any help will be much appreciated
