User problems in migration. does't work anything !!

Good Morning (and sorry for my bad english)
I have moved from Virtuemart 1.1.9 to last version di 2.014 by the tool : Data migration from VirtueMart 1.1.x to VirtueMart 2.y.z
It seem that was everithing ok but i have seen that most of information about virtuemart user (address, cap, phone number...etc) dosn't work properly: they havent been copyed, so now in the new version i have user but i don't have any information about that.
I don't Know if is a virtuemart bug but in my database i have checked and everithing is ok (every user has proper information). I don't kniw if I should do something in the database but I can't and i don't know how to do.
someone can help me ? someone had same problem ? in this case, how did you resolve it?
