Form purchase (Payment) through Authurize.net

Trying to figure a way of going by to- registering customer, then to filling out a form which they have chosen (divorce form), to Payment through Authurize.net.

Can anyone guide me through a process please....

I also want to upload pdf so i go to virtue mart and then gone to media files there uploaded the pdf with download but i want to change the thumb image when i click on save and close then again click on that image to replace thumb when  do it the pdf is not clickable where i have called it. Previously when i haven't change the thumb image it was working but when i changed the thumb image it is not can anyone help me.
