How to set up Payment Method, there is no list of options

I am using 2.012. When I am in the Payment Method Information tab within Configuration, there is no list of options. I want to use Authorize.net.

How do I get started?

Ok, I clicked on "new". Saved it an got this error messgae:
vmError: TablePaymentmethods COM_VIRTUEMART_PAYMENT_JPLUGIN_ID in record is missing! Can't save the record with no COM_VIRTUEMART_PAYMENT_JPLUGIN_ID.

Also Nothing shows up in the configuration.

Is there a complete list of steps somewhere? Where do I enter my authorize.net key and login, etc.?

Sounds like you only installed the main VirtueMart component and not the AIO component, too, or you had a failed install.
