shopper group missing prices

Joomla 2.5.8
Virtuemart 2.0.8e
Rochen Host

If someone looks at the website they see the default price.

If that same person looks at the website and then logs in,  they still see the default price on the category page but the price resets on the actual product page.

If I delete everything in the cache file via FTP everything works.

It is obviously a cache issue.

I have updated Joomla to 2.5.8   and the same issue

I have updated Joomla to 3.0.2   and the same issue

I have updated Virtuemart to 2.0.12 same issue


So my question is: why aren't shopper group prices showing up when a person logs onto the website. Rather they just see default prices.
