Documents or tutorial about Administrated Multivendor

I have version 2.0.12f installed and I need to activate multi vendor the thing is I have no idea how to do this, I haven't found any documents about it.

What to do after checking the box of administrated multivendor?
How do I know is working?
How do I set up vendors?
