UPS Shipping Module Multiple Boxes

I am using the IStraxx_ups module for my VM2 store. I use to use the UPSV2 module in my Joomla 1.5 store.

The issue is my client can only ship a certain weight in one box. We will say 26 lbs. If the products ordered are 40 lbs, a new box and shipping cost need to be created. So it would send one box with 26 lbs and another with 14 lbs. The old plugin did this fine and was built in. The new one does not. Any help on adding this function to the IStraxx_ups plugin or have any idea how to accomplish this?

I'd guess the new plugin is for use with J2.5 as we don't support J1.5 any more.

Yes it is for 2.5. I opened a ticket 5 days ago and have had no response.
