I need to place a button in a module that allows the buyer to remove all the items in cart. Is it possible? How?

I-ve read that in 1.x was a solution: http://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?topic=92197.0

Can it be used in VM 2.0.6 an d Joomla 2.5?
