Migratie only custom fields from 1.19 to 2.10

Hi,

I have almost succeeded a big migration from VM 1.19 to VM 2.10 , except the custom fields.
There are to many custom fields to type this all by hand. How can I migrate the custom fields?

I installed CSVI but need a little help here. Can someone please tell me a good tutorial or witch steps to take?
It's a bit disappointing that the custom fields can not beeing migrated with the migration tool...
