deleting banner

can anyone tell me how to delete the acymiling banner that are show at the add product page at the product state tab please and thanks below show the screen shot about the banner i talk about

I am sorry, there is no option for it.

The story behind that, we created the option to write emails only to certain customers, for example who bought the product. But as I used it, I got problems sending so many emails. I thought, man why we created this option if there is a whole component doing stuff like this. So I added this icon, it is also a nice method to support the project, because we get a bit affiliate for it. You could simple delete it in the layout, ... actually is it so annoying?

it is no annoying but i just have to remove it sorry for any insulting if possible can you point me a way how to do so i well very relieve for that problem
