Sort in the backend

I did not have the sort of goods on ID in the backend. No arrows. And no numbers.

And if I choose to sort by the manufacturer, the product is sorted dynamically each time the link.

questions:

1. How to activate the sorting?
2. How to display items staticaly?

Tried both on Virtuemart 2.0.8 and the 2.0.10

For the first question, i found solution myself. To enable sorting i made a table update in tools section.

But why items are dinamically changing places within a category, if sorting by manufacturer I can not understand.

Can somebody help me to solv this problem?
