Hi

When you click a product PDF icon where does this get stored in the database?

I have a problem in that i had icons showing, then a product is deleted but I am finding that the OLD PDF is staying in google account and now showing as a 500 error.

Where would they be located so I can manually remove from the database.

Cheers Guys

Hello,

The PDF files that produced are not saved inside the database but inside safe path (folder). Take a look under configuration to see the safepath right path folder.

Ok Cheers for that.

Any idea why I would get a 500 error for a product that has been deleted from site? when other deleted products show 404 error which I can then delete from my google account?

Hello,

There is a possibility "part" of the product remains in the database and try to access. What's you PHP, Joomla and VM version? Do you use any third sef plugins?
Could you please also check the logs and post the error that is been reported?
